What we do with your photographs

They stay on our servers

Every step that looks at a photograph — checking it is readable, measuring how sharp it is, finding faces, choosing the best one, and arranging the result — runs on our own machines. Your photographs are not sent to a third-party AI service.

You consented, and we kept the wording

When you uploaded, you ticked a box with specific words in it. We store those words and the time you agreed to them, so you can be shown later exactly what you agreed to.

Delete means delete

You can ask for your photograph to be removed. When it goes, the file goes — along with anything we worked out from it. An organiser can delete a whole event, and that removes every original in it.

Originals do not stay forever

By default we delete the original photographs 30 days after they are uploaded. The finished poster or video stays; the originals behind it do not.

Who "we" is

This service is operated by Meshit Solutions. An event may carry a different name and look — an organiser can brand it — but the photographs are held by us either way, and it is us you ask to delete them.

Links, not accounts

There is no account to create. The link to a finished memory is long and unguessable, is never listed anywhere, and the organiser can switch it off.
